Marion County Probate Records

The Marion County Circuit Court Probate Division handles cases involving a deceased person’s estate, wills, guardianship, and conservatorship. These cases may be viewed online through the Online Records Search portal at no cost. Users will have to enter a name or number in the search box. Interested persons may also submit the online Court Records Request Form to electronically request copies of probate records.
