- In-Person Access: Individuals may visit the Marion County Circuit Court to view or copy Court records from Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The Downtown Courthouse has six (6) public terminals in the records lobby where interested persons may view court records at no charge. However, any copies printed from the terminal attract a small fee.

The fees for court records are similar to those for divorce records but vary from those for other types of vital records. For example, the Marion County Clerk’s Office charges $4 per certified copy of a marriage record, while the Marion County Health & Human Services Department’s Vital Statistics charges $25 per certified copy of a birth or death certificate.

Federal Court Records in Marion County
The U.S. District Court for the District of Oregon handles all federal cases in the Marion County jurisdiction. Specifically, cases from Marion County are heard at the Eugene Division of the court.
